Our Story
Savages Coffee is Brisbane's only coffee farm, located just 25 minutes from the CBD in the hills behind Mt Coot-Tha.
Our family has been farming the land on Savages Road, Brookfield for four generations, supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Brisbane and beyond.
With each generation, the range of produce we grow has expanded. We sustainably produce the highest quality pawpaws, mangos, custard apples and avocados, plus our most recent addition - coffee.
Our Coffee
Savages Coffee was born out of the desire to cultivate the finest beans and produce a boutique, single-origin coffee that tantalises the tastebuds of discerning drinkers. Our sustainable farming practises ensure that the property will continue to provide for generations to come.
Our first coffee trees were planted in 2015; now, we have more than 2,000 on the farm. We have perfected our propagation, harvesting and processing techniques, resulting in sweet tasting, full-bodied coffee that is 100% local.
All of our coffee is hand picked, processed and sun-dried on our farm before being expert roasted.
